Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the enterprise AI literacy roadmap, defining multi-year curriculum strategy and translating it into quarterly execution plans with milestones and owners.
  • •Instrument initiatives against KPI frameworks to track usage/adoption, proficiency by employee tier, productivity impact, and sentiment; report to senior leadership on a regular cadence.
  • •Design and deliver leader-facing workshops and hands-on enablement sessions for people managers and executives on Applied’s AI tool stack, including Microsoft Copilot.
  • •Recruit, onboard, and hold accountable a distributed AI Champion Network across business units to accelerate adoption through enablement resources and feedback loops.
  • •Lead change management by mapping adoption barriers, developing mitigations, and partnering with Legal, Security, Compliance, and Data Governance on responsible-AI governance.

Salary: USD 96,000 - 132,000

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of program or change management experience in a large, complex enterprise.
  • •Experience designing and facilitating executive-level learning experiences, preferably for AI or digital transformation.
  • •Hands-on familiarity with enterprise AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot and GitHub Copilot, including training others to use them.
  • •Exposure to responsible-AI or AI governance frameworks and working with Legal, Compliance, or Data Governance to mitigate AI risks.
  • •Ability to build or scale an ambassador/champion/peer-network program across multiple business units.
