Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as the first point of contact for onsite visitors, directing or guiding them as appropriate.
  • •Assist customers at the front counter with dealer registration and provide bidder badges and gate passes.
  • •Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail; prepare, print, and mail customer documents and statements.
  • •Review, scan, upload, and distribute documents and reports, including sensitive and confidential records.
  • •Process customer payments (check, ACH/EFT, wire; no cash handling) and reconcile P-card transactions; support SOX compliance audits and reporting.
