Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist in evaluating and executing investment transactions including M&A, securities issuance, and capital restructuring.
  • •Provide financial analysis reports and extensive financial statement modeling for transaction scenarios.
  • •Prepare marketing materials such as pitch books, board/management presentations, and confidential information memorandums.
  • •Draft memorandums and road show presentations for client companies, coordinating messaging and materials for client meetings.
  • •Support transaction execution end-to-end by working with senior bankers, legal counsel, and clients/sponsors on due diligence and legal documentation, including underwriting/credit approval processes.

Key Requirements

  • •4+ years of direct experience in investment banking, M&A, corporate finance, leveraged finance, or capital markets with proven client interaction.
  • •Undergraduate degree with a strong academic record from a leading university.
  • •Excellent command of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • •Experience with financial services software including S&P CapitalIQ/Leveraged Commentary, Advantage Data, Bloomberg, Thomson One/Thomson Loan Pricing Connector, and FactSet.
  • •FINRA Series 79 (or 7) and Series 63 and/or willingness to obtain licenses in a short timeframe.
