Job Summary

Coordinate stock receiving, inspection, and storage to ensure accurate stock levels and seamless flow from stockroom to sales floor. Work closely with store management and sales staff to maintain organization, security, and timely product replenishment, with flexibility for extended hours during sales and festival periods.

Key Responsibilities

•Receive merchandise and count it physically and electronically to ensure accuracy of information.
•Inspect product quality and report discrepancies to store management.
•Classify and stock products in the stock room per procedures to ensure quick availability.
•Tag newly arrived stock and return products as instructed by seniors.
•Assist sales staff in replenishing stock on shelves to ensure product availability at all times.

Key Requirements

•Strong organizational skills and familiarity with warehouse management systems to track and manage stock.
•Previous experience in a stock, warehouse, or logistics role is preferred.
•Physically fit with the ability to lift around 10 kg.
•Ability to work extended hours during sale/festival periods.
•Receiving, inspecting, and accurately counting merchandise both physically and electronically.
