Key Responsibilities

  • •Use the consultative sales process and Financial Needs Assessment to build customer profiles and identify financial needs.
  • •Maintain knowledge of retail consumer and small business products/services and recommend appropriate solutions.
  • •Use CAMP and approved marketing tools to reach out to customers and set appointments for periodic financial reviews.
  • •Cross-sell to existing customers and engage in outside sales activities as directed, including presentations and community events.
  • •Process teller transactions and support the full range of retail product opening/servicing, including participating in consumer loan and bankcard processes.

Key Requirements

  • •College degree or work experience with transferrable skills (or a combination of education and experience).
  • •Experience in the financial industry preferred.
  • •Ability to perform sales activities to acquire new consumer household and small business customers and/or cross-sell to existing customers.
  • •Demonstrated ability to use advanced math functions to analyze credit and financial information.
  • •Must be able to obtain S.A.F.E. Act registration through NMLS at time of employment.
