Key Responsibilities

  • •Collaborate with Design and Development teams to create iterative maquettes (primarily leather with possible textiles) from creative intents
  • •Research and share technical solutions for shaping objects and identify required craftsmanship for execution
  • •Define technical steps for creating volumetric objects and propose tooling and processes (templates, tooling, fabrication methods)
  • •Produce 2D plans or 3D models of objects to support development
  • •Assist with industrialization and risk analysis, coordinating with workshops to ensure feasibility and production readiness

Key Requirements

  • •Mastery of leather goods making skills (saddlery/leathercraft) and/or leatherworking techniques
  • •Machine stitching proficiency (if possible)
  • •Mastery of cutting tools and material preparation for prototyping
  • •Proficiency with computer tools (Office) and 2D/3D planning tools is a plus
  • •Discretion and confidentiality are essential
