•Define technical steps for creating volumetric objects and propose tooling and processes (templates, tooling, fabrication methods)
•Produce 2D plans or 3D models of objects to support development
•Assist with industrialization and risk analysis, coordinating with workshops to ensure feasibility and production readiness

Key Requirements

•Mastery of leather goods making skills (saddlery/leathercraft) and/or leatherworking techniques
•Machine stitching proficiency (if possible)
•Mastery of cutting tools and material preparation for prototyping
•Proficiency with computer tools (Office) and 2D/3D planning tools is a plus
•Discretion and confidentiality are essential
