Job Summary

WSP is seeking driven engineers for Bro & Anläggning in northern Sweden. You’ll perform Eurocode-based structural calculations for bridges, plan and compile reports, build 3D/2D models, lead bridge and infrastructure assignments, conduct inspections, and collaborate with teams across Sweden and internationally. Expect diverse projects, ongoing development opportunities, and travel within Sweden.

Key Responsibilities

•Perform structural calculations according to Eurocode for bridges, retaining walls, quays and other civil structures with accuracy and analytical focus.
•Plan and compile calculation reports and work with modeling for concrete, steel and timber.
•Create 3D and 2D models and drawings for civil constructions; prepare technical descriptions for procurement and construction.
•Lead bridge and civil engineering projects across Sweden from early stages to delivery, coordinating competencies and driving tasks forward.
•Conduct inspections and investigations of bridges and civil structures; act as advisor in maintenance and strengthening projects and engage in travel as required.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in structural/civil engineering or equivalent work experience
•Experience with bridge and infrastructure design/projection
•Ability to perform calculations and produce reporting according to Eurocode
•Proven ability to create 3D and 2D design models and technical descriptions for procurement/construction
•Strong communication skills in Swedish and English
