Sales Associate

Represent the brand on the sales floor by delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales through product guidance. Welcome and assist customers, convert shoppers into buyers, and promote the loyalty program. Maintain merchandising standards, follow visual merchandising and stock norms, and accurately handle inventory and inward/outward records. Operate the POS/billing counter, process payments and receipts, and support store security while adhering to SOP and loss prevention policies.
