Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide feedback, guidance, and mentoring to the EMEA Sanctions Advisory team for their advisory responsibilities.
  • •Oversee team workload by supporting prioritisation and resource management.
  • •Perform four-eye review and approval of customer sanctions due diligence assessments and customer name screening escalations.
  • •Conduct and approve risk assessments for high-risk transactions and recommend risk mitigation measures.
  • •Design and deliver targeted sanctions training and monitor sanctions legislation developments across EMEA, escalating key issues as appropriate.
