Deliver an elevated, personalized shopping experience as the front-line ambassador for the Coach brand. •Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and follow the Guide to Style and Service standards.
•Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise, and fashion advice.
•Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations while meeting individual and team KPIs.
•Use mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling (including short-form video) to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
•Support store operations including cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, visual merchandising, transactions (purchases/returns/exchanges/online pickups), and inventory cycles.

Key Requirements

•1+ years of sales experience (luxury retail preferred) and knowledge of fashion trends and competitors.
•Experience operating POS and basic computer proficiency, including iPad/laptop and Mobile POS; ability to read price/release sheets.
•Strong English proficiency.
•Luxury retail background, social media savvy, and experience with live-stream shopping/video demos; clienteling and data acquisition skills (preferred).
•Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle physical demands, including lifting 25 lb regularly (up to 50 lb occasionally) and maneuvering the sales floor/stockroom.
