Key Responsibilities

  • •Own end-to-end delivery of firmware verification work for features/projects, from scoping and design through implementation, validation, and release.
  • •Drive implementation and validation tasks and contribute to design specifications and technical proposals with cross-functional firmware teams.
  • •Debug and resolve complex cross-component issues in pre-silicon and post-silicon environments to unblock execution and ensure quality delivery.
  • •Partner with program managers, architects, validation, and firmware teams to identify dependencies, risks, and execution gaps and track progress.
  • •Surface issues early and drive them to closure, balancing short-term delivery needs with long-term technical health.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: RSD 3,839,640 - 5,485,200 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Experience in firmware verification with strong pre-silicon and post-silicon functional verification understanding and clear ownership of deliverables.
  • •Extensive full verification lifecycle experience (design, implementation, debugging, validation, sustainment) with strong analytical/troubleshooting and issue management.
  • •Expertise in firmware QA concepts, best practices, and procedures, with a focus on improving validation processes and methodologies.
  • •Ability to develop verification requirements, test plans, and test cases, including creating and reviewing requirements and test plans.
  • •Comfort with functional, regression, and performance testing to validate firmware functionality and stability.
