Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide diary management for International Legal & Business Affairs team members using Outlook to track deadlines, timings, and locations.
  • •Check and respond to required mailboxes, manage diary/meeting/call requests, flag urgent emails, and maintain an up-to-date schedule of contacts.
  • •Coordinate worldwide travel arrangements and arrange meetings with SMP affiliate offices and local Legal & Business Affairs teams, preparing detailed itineraries.
  • •Support legal, licensing, and administrative processes (filing, scanning, amending, distributing documentation) and maintain internal databases and external contact records.
  • •Assist international sync licensing activity by gathering rights information, tracking approval/clearance requests, monitoring deadlines, and maintaining accurate licensing records.
