Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage supplier operational activities including Forecast & POs, FGIs, ECOs, obsolescence, MRP actions, transitions, repairs, service agreements, and OTD.
  • •Coordinate purchasing activities with planning and engineering to maintain inventory at planned levels.
  • •Lead supplier quality activities in collaboration with manufacturing and engineering departments.
  • •Expedite escalations to ensure timely receipt of materials.
  • •Resolve material-related accounting and receiving issues and provide management input on suppliers/material status and long-term action plans.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field (preferred).
  • •More than 6 years of experience in purchasing.
  • •Mandatory SAP MM expertise.
  • •Knowledge of Office systems, especially Excel, and comfort working with multiple information systems.
  • •Service-oriented mindset with strong supplier/customer experience, negotiation skills, and excellent written, spoken, and reading English.
