Job Summary

Shape user-centered product decisions across Classera’s EdTech and AI-powered platforms by running qualitative and quantitative UX research. Plan interviews, usability tests, surveys, and focus groups; synthesize findings into personas, journey maps, and actionable reports. Partner with Product, Design, Engineering, and stakeholders during discovery and feature validation, analyze product analytics, evaluate prototypes for usability improvements, and advocate for user-centered design.

Key Responsibilities

•Plan and run qualitative and quantitative user research (interviews, usability tests, surveys, focus groups).
•Create personas, journey maps, and actionable research reports.
