Key Responsibilities

  • •Underwrite and negotiate new and existing Motor Trade business, including complex and higher-value risks, in line with underwriting standards and risk appetite.
  • •Develop and manage a new business pipeline to convert opportunities into profitable outcomes.
  • •Build and maintain trusted broker relationships, acting as a visible and credible underwriting partner.
  • •Engage with brokers through face-to-face meetings, networking, and market activity where required.
  • •Support colleagues on lower license levels by signing off referrals and providing quality assurance.
