Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide end-to-end program governance across platforms, workstreams, and enabling functions.
  • •Maintain program standards, templates, and reporting cadence; prepare materials for steering committees and executive forums.
  • •Produce consolidated weekly/monthly reporting and executive dashboards for adoption, value, and delivery progress; ensure data consistency.
  • •Manage central RAID logs (risks, actions, issues, dependencies) and drive identification, escalation, tracking, and accountability for mitigation plans.
  • •Coordinate program planning and delivery across multiple platforms and workstreams; monitor progress and escalate deviations; support operating model refinement and continuous improvement.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience supporting large-scale transformation programs or PMOs.
  • •Strong organizational and coordination skills in complex environments.
  • •Ability to synthesize data into clear, executive-ready insights.
  • •Familiarity with governance frameworks, risk management, and reporting.
