Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead global MES/APS/WMS solution design, implementation, and rollout execution from a business process and digital solution perspective.
  • •Translate business objectives into requirements and functional specifications, including document creation and automation.
  • •Manage testing execution for assigned deliverables, identify/document defects, communicate issues, and drive resolution across the system lifecycle.
  • •Serve as the primary IT PM coordinator for site rollouts, tracking charters, schedules, resource allocation, and deliverables to handover.
  • •Coordinate with vendors/partners and support end users for supply chain/manufactory modules, including interfacing with third-party systems and ERP integration support.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum Bachelor’s degree (or Advanced Degree).
  • •5+ years as a hands-on Business Analyst in manufacturing with MES/WMS, including 0-to-1 MES/WMS implementations or full-lifecycle deployments.
  • •Experience with shipping module in ERP (Oracle eBS/Fusion ERP or SAP).
  • •Experience integrating WMS/MES with Oracle Fusion ERP or SAP S/4HANA.
  • •Ability to coordinate multi-site IT rollouts and training; PMP/PRINCE2/Agile-Scrum certifications are advantageous.
