Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead customer-facing technical engagements with AMD channel partners, serving as a trusted advisor throughout the engagement lifecycle.
  • •Drive at-scale debug activities spanning the hardware and software stack for datacenter deployments of GPUs and CPUs.
  • •Reproduce complex customer issues on-site at AMD and develop test harnesses to collect low-level debug logs.
  • •Coordinate root cause analysis with internal engineering teams and package customer workloads/test cases for efficient internal debugging.
  • •Develop benchmarking frameworks, create TCO analyses, and deliver compelling demos/POCs and executive-level customer presentations.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven experience with server and/or GPU architecture, including integrating, debugging, and/or validating system components.
  • •Solid foundation in CPU architecture, platform design, and end-to-end product development/production processes.
  • •Hands-on platform software experience with Linux/Windows, system BIOS, compilers, benchmarks, and validation applications.
  • •Strong ability to manage complex, multi-disciplinary technical problems across cross-functional teams.
  • •Experience with hardware-software co-debug, including setting up and analyzing experiments to guide debug activities.
