Key Responsibilities

•Analyze project backgrounds and interpret requirements to develop design strategies and project development plans.
•Assist the Project Director/PM in formulating project schedules and budget planning, ensuring approved plans are followed and design quality and delivery progress are met.
•Independently produce construction drawings, presentation materials and all contractual design deliverables across project phases.
•Coordinate cross-disciplinary design work with internal teams, external consultants and suppliers; proofread and revise design documents.
•Senior-level candidates will manage client communication and overall project delivery, resolving complex technical design issues and coordinating daily team activities.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or above in Architecture or related disciplines.
•4–5 years of professional architectural design experience across conceptual, schematic, design development and construction documentation; medium-to-large scale projects preferred.
•Proficient in Revit, BIM, AutoCAD, Rhino, Grasshopper, SketchUp, PKPM, Photoshop, InDesign; skilled in Microsoft Office, Project, Bluebeam and Acrobat.
•Excellent communication, coordination and teamwork; highly organized, detail-oriented and able to multi-task under tight schedules.
•Portfolio submission is mandatory for application.
