Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

•Provide engineering coordination and leadership to multi-disciplinary teams for Apache Phase Maintenance activities.
•Coordinate engineering support and develop SOWs to quality, schedule and budget with clear milestones and performance metrics.
•Plan and coordinate engineering resources across the life of the Phase Maintenance programme SOW.
•Monitor performance by comparing actuals to baselines and capture lessons learned to drive improvement.
•Manage engineering risks, issues and opportunities (RIOs) and report status at programme and functional boards.

Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

•UK Security Clearance
•Engineering degree (preferably Aerospace)
•9+ years of experience in military aircraft sustainment from an engineering perspective
•Excellent communication and customer-facing skills, leadership experience
•Willingness to travel within the UK between Boeing and MoD sites
