Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver day-to-day spa operations and ensure routines, cleanliness, maintenance, and service standards meet Resense and Kempinski requirements.
  • •Resolve guest disputes and complaints immediately, and ensure safety and security for spa guests and staff.
  • •Drive spa revenue and manage the spa budget, controlling costs and coordinating with relevant finance leaders.
  • •Recruit, induct, train, mentor, and conduct appraisals for spa staff, including maintaining a staff training calendar.
  • •Manage revenue reporting and marketing planning, including daily revenue management schedules, weekly KPI reviews, and VIP/press hosting as required.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of spa management experience in an international-standard spa.
  • •Previous experience in a 5-star hotel spa.
  • •Business administration qualification (advantage) and/or beauty/spa therapist qualification (advantage).
  • •First Aid and CPR Certificate.
  • •Excellent local language (as applicable) and excellent English (oral and written), with additional languages beneficial.
