Job Summary

Support the Global Payments team in scaling Merchant Financing initiatives across multiple markets. Assist with market analysis, competitor benchmarking, and business insights for e-commerce financing trends. Help execute GTM campaigns and rollouts by coordinating materials and timelines, while monitoring performance dashboards and key KPIs. Partner with cross-functional teams (Product, Operations, Seller Education, Category, and Local Market) to ensure smooth daily operations during launches and campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

•Assist the Solutions team by preparing market analysis, competitor benchmarking, and business insights for e-commerce financing trends.
•Support GTM activities and campaign rollouts by coordinating materials, tracking timelines, and helping ensure execution readiness.
•Monitor and maintain business performance dashboards and reports, including penetration rate, disbursement volume, approval rate, open rate, CTR, and CVR.
•Identify basic trends and prepare weekly or monthly summaries based on performance data.
•Coordinate with internal stakeholders (Product, Operations, Seller Education, Category, and Local Market teams) to support daily operational needs during launches and campaigns.

Key Requirements

•Currently pursuing an undergraduate or master’s degree in business management, finance, or a related field.
•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in Excel and basic data analysis.
•Experience with project management and delivering results in a fast-paced environment, including working across time zones.
•Ability to collaborate in Mandarin-speaking markets; proficiency in English and Chinese (Mandarin) is required.
•Ability to commit to the internship dates from May to August (onboard by 11 May 2026).
