Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead a portfolio of technology projects and a team of developers focused on distributed microservices and full-stack systems.
  • •Mentor engineering talent, including Lead Engineers, and develop succession plans to scale leadership capability.
  • •Collaborate with digital product managers to deliver robust cloud-based solutions and experiences for customers.
  • •Lead Agile teams and provide strategic direction to deliver large-scale, cross-functional initiatives.
  • •Drive end-to-end design and implementation of large-scale distributed or cloud-native systems with high reliability and performance.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 209,000 - 238,500 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or a related quantitative field.
  • •At least 6 years of software engineering experience (internship experience does not apply).
  • •At least 3 years of experience with public cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) or virtualization technologies.
  • •At least 3 years of people management experience.
  • •Experience with CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code, automated testing, and Git-based version control is preferred.
