Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate with team leaders/project managers and customers to understand on-site installation and repair requirements, forecast issues, and synchronize work.
  • •Serve as direct customer contact, ensuring customer satisfaction by diagnosing and repairing HVAC equipment and systems at customer locations.
  • •Use cutting-edge software/technology and hand tools to diagnose and repair units following blueprints or engineering specifications.
  • •Maintain flexibility to work overtime and weekends as needed, including occasional overnight stays.
  • •Enforce safety standards and maintain security/accountability of company-issued and procured assets by recording use, wear, and conditions.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalent and typically 5+ years of HVAC experience; technical school or formal training preferred.

  • •Valid driver’s license for at least 12 months with no major or frequent traffic violations.
  • •EPA Certification.
  • •Ability to work flexible hours including overtime and weekends, and occasionally stay overnight as required.
