Sales Associate III

Deliver an elevated, personalized shopping experience as the front-line ambassador for Coach. Meet personal and store sales goals by building client relationships, cross-selling and upselling, and executing individual sales plans. Use mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling (including short-form video) to capture data and drive repeat purchases. Support daily store operations, including cash wrap, inventory processing, merchandising, and transaction accuracy while maintaining service standards.
