Senior Applied ML/AI Scientist - Search

Own end-to-end personalization for next-generation search on a large-scale e-commerce platform, advancing real-time search and recommendation. You’ll design and productionize natural-language search/discovery systems using LLMs, query understanding, vector retrieval, multi-stage ranking, and reinforcement learning, then lead model development and GPU deployment. Mentor applied scientists and MLEs, establish best practices across evaluation and MLOps, and drive the technical vision for hyper-relevant product feeds under 100ms latency.
