Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the People Team security architecture across Workday, Greenhouse, Zendesk, and Tableau.
  • •Design, implement, and maintain secure access controls, role-based permissions, and cross-platform security standards.
  • •Support employee and candidate-related audits and ensure data governance and access controls meet GDPR and other data protection requirements.
  • •Lead continuous improvement of people data handling workflows and ticket operations, leveraging technology to improve efficiency and data integrity.
  • •Collaborate with IT Security, HR, Employee Relations, Data Privacy, and audit teams; support, mentor, and potentially lead junior team members, and communicate security risks clearly to stakeholders.

Key Requirements

  • •2+ years of solid project management experience.
  • •Proven experience implementing Workday security, including cross-platform access control design and role-based permission management.
  • •GDPR compliance within Workday and connected People systems.
  • •Strong data-handling best-practice awareness and commitment to data privacy, security, and compliance.
  • •Familiarity with Scrum/Agile methodologies and proficiency in English (written and spoken).
