Job Summary

Provide high-level professional retail banking services at HSBC branches, supporting Premier clients and Wealth Management initiatives. Collaborate with branch teams to meet KPIs, identify business opportunities, manage Premier-related tasks, and contribute to acquiring and retaining Premier customers while ensuring efficient branch operations and strong customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

•Collaborate closely with the Sales Floor Manager and BCD to achieve KPIs and deliver seamless service to customers visiting branches.
•Back up PRM to ensure continuity of wealth management services and manage Premier rooms resources and safety deposit boxes while delivering quality service to Premier customers.
•Identify service and business potentials and refer them to PRM, and coordinate with other lines of business to deepen Premier relationships.
•Perform branch operational tasks excluding teller duties, including Premier account openings, transactions, documentation, and reporting tasks.
•Develop multi-service skills and implement a personalized development plan with supervisor, maintaining flexibility in service task rotation and ongoing on-the-job training.
