Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the main technical point of contact for a portfolio of clients.
  • •Proactively monitor campaign pacing, delivery, and key performance metrics daily, and optimize early for underperformance.
  • •Plan and execute campaign setups; verify tracking code implementation and troubleshoot tagging or feed issues.
  • •Investigate and resolve technical issues such as discrepancies, frequency analysis, publisher/host performance, and tag drop-offs, including integrations with client e-commerce platforms.
  • •Handle client requests via Jira in line with SLA timelines and collaborate with account managers and internal technical teams to improve service and TAM best practices.

Key Requirements

  • •Fluency in Mandarin and English.
  • •Proven technical skills in HTML, JavaScript, REGEX, and URL structures (or relevant web development).
  • •Experience debugging using tools such as Firebug and browser developer consoles.
  • •Practical knowledge of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for reporting and data analysis.
  • •Advantageous: working knowledge of GTM, Google Analytics, Shopify, or other e-commerce platforms, and MMPs such as AppsFlyer, Branch, or Adjust.
