Key Responsibilities

  • •Identify and build relationships with civic, advocacy, and community organizations across target markets, mostly cities.
  • •Build and manage distribution partnerships with civic organizations, nonprofits, and other non-partisan entities across the state.
  • •Provide partners ready-to-use distribution assets (e.g., flyers, social copy, email blurbs, QR codes) and coordinate distribution moments aligned to their calendars.
  • •Recruit and fully manage campus representatives within assigned markets to meet specific outreach goals.
  • •Recruit endorsing organizations, navigate approval processes, submit endorsement data to Change.vote, track pipeline in a CRM, and share learnings with the Marketing Team.

Salary: USD 51.63 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •An existing network of civic or advocacy contacts, ideally local/field-level rather than only statewide leadership.
  • •Comfort initiating cold outreach and building relationships independently; outreach volume is key to success.
  • •Experience managing volunteers or interns.
  • •Ability to work independently and adapt tactics without a rigid script.
  • •Fluent, increasingly strategic AI experience.
