Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform machine geometry inspections and calibration for 5-axis CNC lathes, mills, and machining centers.
  • •Level, align, and verify machine tool accuracy during installation, relocation, preventive maintenance, repairs, and crash recovery.
  • •Run ball bar analysis, laser calibration, spindle alignment, rotary axis verification, backlash compensation, and positioning accuracy checks.
  • •Support installation/commissioning/acceptance of new machine tools and verify compliance with OEM specifications.
  • •Maintain FAA/AS9100-compliant calibration schedules and documentation (including SAP records), support audits, and coordinate corrective actions when tolerances are not met.

Key Requirements

  • •HS diploma (or equivalent) with a minimum of 4 years relevant experience.
