Commis I (QA)

Support kitchen operations by assisting with food preparation, portioning, and measuring ingredients. Cook simple dishes such as grilling, frying, sautéing, and baking under senior chefs’ supervision while following recipes for consistent quality. Maintain cleanliness and organization in all work areas, rotate stock and help with inventory to reduce waste, and follow food safety and sanitation practices. Assist with plating and communicate with kitchen teams to ensure timely, well-presented service.
