Key Responsibilities

  • •Co-lead opportunity development for Honeywell AutonomyX and related transformation programs across META, working with Middle East consulting leadership and regional sales teams.
  • •Research customer operating models and priorities, translate challenges into structured consulting problem statements, and develop customer narratives, value hypotheses, and account-specific storylines.
  • •Lead or co-lead scoping of customer diagnostic exercises, workshops, value assessments, and consulting studies; develop proposals, agendas, workplans, and analysis frameworks.
  • •Own diagnostic reports, gap analyses, business cases, value roadmaps, maturity assessments, and adoption plans, and drive follow-up and handover into sales execution where assigned.
  • •Build and continuously improve repeatable AutonomyX consulting assets, templates, value frameworks, and proposal content; share best practices and reusable methods across the region.
Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

  • •Prior consulting experience at Associate level or equivalent, covering strategy, operations, transformation, digital, or value-creation; alternatively an MBA from a leading business school.
  • •Experience in Oil & Gas, Chemicals, refining, petrochemicals, or other process industries (preferred).
  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technical engineering discipline (Chemical Engineering desirable).
  • •Experience running or contributing to operational transformation, performance improvement, digital transformation, or operating model improvement programs.
  • •Ability to lead consulting workstreams and customer workshops with senior stakeholder exposure, including strong written communication for executive/C-suite-ready narratives.
