Job Summary

Support the integration of project and programme information to identify and monitor key dependencies and ensure risks and assumptions are managed under the Change Management Framework. Maintain resource plans in Smartcore, proactively manage costs, forecast spend, review monthly spend, and handle invoice accruals. Use advanced Excel (or equivalent) to create dashboards and KPI tracking, maintain RAID logs and milestones, and present clear reporting to steering and leadership forums.

•Proactively manage project costs, including forecasting, reviewing monthly spend, and processing invoice accruals.
•Maintain governance controls such as RAID logs and milestone tracking, ensuring compliance and appropriate escalation.
•Create insight-led reporting (dashboards, delivery plans, KPI tracking) and present materials for steering groups and leadership forums.

Key Requirements

•Proven, hands-on experience delivering complex, multi-million-pound, multi-workstream regulatory and/or advanced CRM change projects and programmes in large organisations.
•Advanced analytical and reporting capability, including producing dashboards, delivery plans and KPI tracking using advanced Excel (or equivalent tools).
•Extensive experience working within governance frameworks, including maintaining RAID logs, tracking milestones and ensuring compliance.
•Significant experience managing project finances, including cost tracking, ledger analysis, accruals and forecasting, with end-to-end budget reconciliation.
•Strong stakeholder communication skills, including preparing and presenting materials for steering groups and leadership forums.
