Set up, operate, and maintain machining equipment to fabricate, assemble, and repair plant components to exacting tolerances. Grind and polish rolls to specified shapes and finishes, perform die and bench work, heat-treat and care harden alloys, and handle roll-bearing and roll-chock maintenance. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and charts, use measuring tools, and maintain required records while supporting safe, clean work areas.
