Key Responsibilities

  • •Architect, own, and execute a multi-year global Finance Systems roadmap to support rapid scaling.
  • •Lead design and deployment of automated forecasting, budgeting, and planning processes in Oracle EPM.
  • •Define finance data strategy, including finance data warehousing and master data management (MDM) for a single source of truth.
  • •Continuously evaluate and optimize the F&A systems stack across ERP/EPM and related capabilities (ERP, EPM, Billing, Tax, Treasury).
  • •Optimize end-to-end global workflows (R2R, P2P, O2C) across GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, and Cash Management, partnering with Supply Chain and Manufacturing Finance.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years owning enterprise systems strategy with deep Finance & Accounting process understanding.
  • •Led large-scale enterprise systems implementations (e.g., ERP, EPM) from inception through post-go-live optimization.
  • •Deep expertise across ERP/EPM and core financial transactional flows (PTP, OTC, RTR) and their impact on general ledger and reporting.
  • •Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud (GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, Cost Accounting) and Oracle EPM Cloud (FCCS, ARCS).
  • •Bachelor’s degree in MIS, Computer Science, Finance, Accounting, or a related technical/field, and must be authorized to work in the United States.
