Key Responsibilities

•Manage a 360° floor operation across the four merchandising axes (make-up, skincare, fragrances, Sephora Collection) and ensure high merchandising standards.
•Support Store Managers by coordinating daily activities and actively contributing to the design of commercial and HR store strategies.
•Monitor and analyze team KPIs, energize the team, and drive results to meet targets.
•Coordinate commercial and organizational activities (animations, events, new launches, CRM campaigns) to boost store performance.
•Implement company procedures (regulations, safety procedures) and central policy guidelines on prices, promotions, and communications.

Key Requirements

•Experience of at least 3-4 years in similar retail roles (Assistant Store Manager, Team Leader, Supervisor, Key Holder)
•Knowledge of the main KPIs of retail, budget management, daily analysis and reporting
•Strong leadership with the ability to guide a team toward objectives and foster a positive team culture
•Dynamic, flexible and resilient with a proactive attitude
•Coordinate and support commercial and organizational activities (promotions, events, CRM campaigns, launches)
