Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage day-to-day office operations for the Mesa office.
  • •Serve as primary administrative point of contact for employees, visitors, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
  • •Coordinate office supplies, pantry services, mail/shipping, conference rooms, office equipment, and workplace needs.
  • •Support site leadership with scheduling, meetings, travel coordination, expense reporting, presentations, and administrative tasks.
  • •Coordinate onboarding and workplace readiness with Facilities, IT, HR, and Security, and manage records, vendor contacts, purchase requests, and invoice documentation.

Key Requirements

  • •Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, Communications, or a related field (equivalent experience may be considered).
  • •8-12 years of experience in office administration, office management, site administration, executive support, or business operations support.
  • •Experience supporting an office and/or manufacturing site, engineering center, or industrial business environment.
  • •Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and stakeholders with excellent communication and customer-service skills.
  • •Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Outlook, Teams, Excel, and PowerPoint, plus experience coordinating vendors, meetings, visitors, supplies, and workplace logistics.
