Key Responsibilities

•Oversee data center management and improvements to achieve 100% uptime and be the primary contact for the data center team not to exceed load thresholds of the critical equipment
•Coordinate project execution with stakeholders, vendors, and architects for expansion and improvement projects with on-time deliverables
•Lead maintenance and upgrades of electrical, lighting, HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical systems to keep facilities operational 24/7
•Develop and manage facility management strategies aligned with organizational goals, including cost optimization and budget planning
•Ensure health, safety, and environmental protocols are enforced and compliance is maintained across facilities

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree (BE) and MBA preferred with hands-on experience in corporate Real Estate or Facility Management
•12 to 15 years of experience in facility management or administration leadership roles

•Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder engagement
•Strong multitasking, prioritization, and time management abilities to meet demanding deadlines
