Process Owner

Own day-to-day performance of a production area within the Manufacturing team, delivering quality, productivity, efficiency, customer service, cost, and employee engagement targets. Lead safety through plant safety programs, ensure compliance with GMP/HACCP and QRMP standards, and drive continuous improvement by identifying and implementing process improvements. Coach direct reports, mentor CI and Maintenance Leads, and coordinate operational routines including shift coverage and accurate documentation.
