Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver project and programme controls for clients, managing actual budget and forecast costs to reflect project and business status.
  • •Support PMO best practices across infrastructure projects, including establishing and maintaining cost/schedule baseline budgets.
  • •Perform hands-on earned value monitoring and analyse progress trends, cost impacts, and variances against funding limitations.
  • •Prepare revised cost forecasts for select accounts, conduct performance measurement and cost trending, and assist with project reporting.
  • •Track action items and change order status, support contractor invoice review, and prepare for project cost review meetings and procedure development.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s Degree from a recognised university or a project controls/management qualification (e.g., APMG Planning and Controls, Prince2, RICS, APM, MICE, CIOB).
  • •Proven cost control or planning & scheduling experience in a multi-discipline project environment.
  • •Experience implementing Earned Value Management project control systems aligned to relevant national standards.
  • •Practical ability to apply critical project management concepts such as EVM, project planning, risk analysis, and configuration management.
  • •Proficiency with Primavera P6, MS Project, and/or other planning software and PowerBI.
