•Lead global qualification programs and development journeys to help leaders build the skills needed to lead teams and organizations in a changing environment.
•Develop new leadership concepts, mentoring approaches and scalable development solutions with a focus on business impact, global applicability and long-term value.
•Collaborate across regions and functions to translate leadership development needs into practical solutions that support performance and growth.
•Use data, feedback and measurable outcomes to evaluate and continuously enhance the effectiveness of leadership development initiatives worldwide.

Key Requirements

•You hold a degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Organizational Development or a related field.
•You understand how leadership development contributes to business success and know how to connect people strategies with organizational goals.
•You build trust quickly, communicate with confidence and influence stakeholders at different levels through strong consulting and relationship-building skills.
•You bring experience working in international environments and enjoy collaborating across cultures, regions and perspectives.
•You are fluent in English and can communicate complex ideas clearly and effectively in a global context.
