Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the lead learning experience designer, owning the complete client-facing design process from discovery through delivery (requirements, outcomes, timelines, scope, resourcing, and content quality).
  • •Design and develop applied ILT/VILT learning experiences, including instructor-led materials such as slides, labs, simulations, assessments, facilitator guides, and learner workbooks.
  • •Create hands-on activities that use AI tools and workplace technologies, including tool walkthroughs, prompt refinement, workflow mapping, and real-world simulations.
  • •Develop instructor enablement materials (facilitator guides, run-of-show documents, troubleshooting guidance) and guide instructors for applied interactive delivery.
  • •Project-manage and onboard program development resources (SMEs, other LEDs/instructional designers, assessment specialists, instructors, vendors/contractors) and own quality and program updates using impact data.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience in instructional design, learning experience design, curriculum design, or a related field, with significant instructor-led training content creation.
  • •Demonstrated ability to design high-quality learning experiences for enterprise, professional, technical, or workplace audiences.
  • •Strong experience creating practical, outcome-driven learning materials including slides, facilitator guides, activities, assessments, case studies, labs, and simulations.
  • •Experience managing clients, stakeholders, SMEs, instructors, vendors, or cross-functional partners through the content development process.
  • •Strong understanding of instructional design methodologies (e.g., Bloom’s Taxonomy, ADDIE, experiential/adult learning) and hands-on fluency with current AI tools.
