Key Responsibilities

•Design and lead the architecture for embedded Linux–based systems.
•Own and drive the technical direction of core embedded software platforms.
•Balance performance, reliability, security, and maintainability in architectural decisions.
•Provide technical leadership, guidance, and mentorship across the team and across disciplines.
•Produce and maintain clear documentation of software architecture, processes, and policies.

Key Requirements

•Minimum 5 years of professional software development experience.
•Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
•Strong experience in software architecture and system design; capable of designing extensible, maintainable solutions.
•Proficiency in multiple programming languages with strong skills in Python, C++, and Go.
•Experience with embedded Linux development, multi-process/service-based architectures, and IPC mechanisms; familiarity with Git, CI/CD, and structured release processes.
