Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee general contractor construction activities and report schedule status to the project owner.
  • •Manage project stakeholders and communication across internal teams to ensure efficient delivery to the client.
  • •Analyze, track, and manage critical milestones to avoid schedule slip and forecast/update key milestones.
  • •Verify project governance, processes, and systems; ensure best practices are applied across projects.
  • •Produce formal project status reports and manage local design teams and supplier interfaces through trackers, weekly reviews, and regular meetings.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 135,000 - 175,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • •Minimum 5+ years of electrical project management experience, ideally in data center construction or with an electrical contractor.
  • •Experience with substation and power distribution systems, and familiarity with MEP design.
  • •Proficiency in project management tools and managing construction documents (BODs, specifications, contract drawings, C/D/E’s, equipment submittals, and RFIs).
  • •Knowledge of relevant codes/standards and the Data Center Commissioning Process (levels 1–5).
