Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver 2nd line support for business-critical applications running on Red Hat Linux environments.
  • •Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents to minimize downtime and ensure service continuity.

  • •Collaborate with 1st line support, infrastructure, and development teams to ensure a stable and secure environment.
