Key Responsibilities

  • •Shape the digital transformation of insurance clients by optimizing business models, organizations, processes, and IT systems.
  • •Participate in all project phases from strategy development and requirements analysis to technical and functional implementation.
  • •Contribute subject-matter expertise in areas such as distribution, policy/contract, claims, customer management, agile transformation, platforms and ecosystems, cloud, integration and automation, and data analytics.
  • •Collaborate in teams to deliver innovative solutions and take on responsible tasks within client projects.
  • •Support project and client acquisition and contribute to developing Capco’s consulting portfolio and Insurance practice growth.

Key Requirements

  • •Master’s degree in business, economics, or information systems (preferably)
  • •First work experience in a consulting firm, in-house consulting, or strategy development within an insurer

  • •Knowledge of core insurance value chain functions and business processes
  • •Interest in new technologies (Generative AI, Blockchain, etc.) and market trends
