Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage leasing activities across a dedicated commercial property portfolio.
  • •Develop, implement, and execute property, leasing, and letting strategies.
  • •Acquire new tenants and manage/develop existing tenant relationships.
  • •Lead offer and contract negotiations, coordinating with legal advisors through lease agreement conclusion.
  • •Maintain internal databases and prepare leasing reports, KPIs, and performance metrics.
