Serve as the primary relationship manager for a portfolio of mass affluent clients, establishing and deepening financially complex relationships through integrated retail solutions. Develop clients’ needs through personal financial planning and advisory concepts, and proactively work with investment advisors and internal specialists. Drive revenue growth, retention, and new client acquisition using sales processes, referrals, and customer service standards while maintaining compliance with audit, legal, and regulatory requirements.
