Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate with internal and external customers to support fuel loading and delivery tasks meeting ENOC quality and safety standards.
  • •Manage vehicle tracking and in-cab monitoring devices, including analyzing/reporting events and ensuring devices are calibrated and functioning.
  • •Arrange vehicle registration, road permits, NOC and required legal documents for delivery efficiency and compliance across UAE authorities.
  • •Coordinate with Operations and HSE teams for fuel orders/deliveries, safe tank truck arrangement for specific sites, and provide support for contractor tank truck fitness tests.
  • •Maintain and investigate traffic fine records and device-detected event records, and support safety investigations (e.g., accidents, spillage, fires).

Key Requirements

  • •5–6 years of distribution/logistics experience in ONGS.
  • •High school/diploma qualification.
  • •Arabic/English writing and speaking skills.
  • •Highly developed competencies including leadership, problem-solving, managing diversity, supervisory skills, and communication.
  • •UAE heavy-duty driving license is preferable.
